A 14-year-old girl was found dead in Lot-et-Garonne, after having disappeared leaving her college on Friday, report several sources in the file.
According to La Dépêche du Midi, "the trail of the kidnapping was confirmed thanks to video surveillance".
A 31-year-old man, "known to the judicial services", was arrested on Friday evening, indicates Sud Ouest.
According to BFMTV, the individual admitted to having strangled the teenager and told investigators where he left his victim.
The body was later found.
