Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has ordered empty shipping containers to be stacked on top of each other and covered with barbed wire for use as a US-Mexico border wall. Ducey accused the federal government of failing to protect to the country of entry of irregular migrants and that, therefore, he would take the necessary measures.
