Anne Hidalgo will be in a hurry to bury 2022 and move on, because the year that is coming to an end has been tough for the mayor of Paris.
The socialist presidential candidate recorded a disastrous score with 1.75% of the vote.
Worse, in her Parisian stronghold, she only won 2.18% of the votes far, very far, from the rebellious Jean-Luc Mélenchon (30%) and even further from her lifelong opponent, Emmanuel Macron (35 .33%).
