On the first day of allegations of the trial for the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa, the prosecution was forceful in its statements: it assured that all those indicated planned the death of the victim and requested life imprisonment for all the defendants.
From Thursday it will be the turn of the defense, which during the trial denied that the act was premeditated.
