A bus fell into a lake in Turkey (Reuters)
These are the moments of horror when a bus in Turkey with a driver and seven passengers plunged into a lake of water after the driver lost control of the steering wheel, yesterday (Wednesday).
It was reported in the local media that the city bus in the city of Malatya in eastern Turkey was trying to board a ferry to cross the lake when the accident occurred.
CCTV footage from inside the bus reveals the moment of panic for the bus driver and passengers as the water flooded the vehicle after it fell on them.
At the same time, a video was published documenting the fall from the outside, in which the bus can be seen turning around to get on the ferry before it falls into the water and passers-by jump after it to save the passengers.
A spokesman for the regional governor said that despite the panic in the footage, the event ended without fatalities and only three passengers were hospitalized, with moderate injuries.
