(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 27 - The commander of the joint military forces of Ukraine has been dismissed from his post, the decision was made by President Volodymyr Zelensky who signed a decree yesterday.
This is reported by the Ukrainian media.
General Eduard Mykhailovich Moskalov was appointed to the post last March, when Lieutenant Oleksandr Pavliuk was appointed head of the regional military administration in Kiev.
It is not yet clear whether Moskalov's dismissal is related to the corruption investigation.
Zelensky didn't provide an explanation, but this is the latest in a series of leadership changes made by his administration recently.
