At least two people were injured in shots in Berlin-Charlottenburg on Wednesday afternoon.
As the police announced on Twitter, the injured were taken to the hospital.
One or more suspects are said to have fled.
The police were on site in large numbers.
A police spokeswoman was initially unable to provide any further details.
Berlin – The crime scene on Dahlmannstraße is located between Kurfürstendamm and Charlottenburg S-Bahn station.
