Falzoni, a doctor by profession, was the architect of the birth of the Venariese Environmental Protection Association, of which he was still president.
The association was born in 1958 as the Venariese Defense Coordination for Cultural Heritage and Quality of Life, "a spontaneous movement of opinion in order to safeguard the city village and the Palace from any hypothesis of non-conservative use of the entire complex".

The association managed the visits and events at the construction site of the Reggia di Venaria Reale, which was officially opened to the public on 12 October 2007 after eight years of work costing 200 million euros which brought it back to life after two centuries of abandonment.
Falzoni was 91 years old and died in Venaria, where he lived.
