Claudio Descalzi remains managing director for Eni, while Giuseppe Zafarana takes the presidency.
Flavio Cattaneo will be CEO of Enel and Paolo Scaroni as president.
Matteo Del Fante is confirmed as managing director of the Post Office, chaired by Silvia Rovere.
