(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 12 - The Ukrainian prime minister, Denys Shmyhal, said that the large-scale counter-offensive by the Ukrainian forces against the Russians could start already in the summer.
The Ukrainian premier told the American website 'TheHill' on the eve of his visit to the United States, as reported by Ukrinform.
Shmyhal also noted that Kiev feels no pressure from partners about when it is best to take the military initiative.
"All our friends and partners clearly understand that in order to launch a counter-offensive it is necessary to be 100% ready and even more", underlined the head of the Ukrainian government.
