The substitute Pg of Milan Cuno Tarfusser filed a report with the attorney general Francesca Nanni and the attorney general Lucilla Tontodonati, drawn up on the basis of new elements presented by the defense, for the possible reopening of the case on the Erba massacre.

For this crime, the spouses Olindo Romano and Rosa Bazzi were definitively sentenced to life imprisonment accused of the murder of Raffaella Castagna, of the 2-year-old son Youssef Marzouk, of the grandmother of the little Paola Galli and of the neighbor Valeria Cherubini.

In particular, the report of the Pg will have to be evaluated by the prosecutor Nanni and his 'right hand man' Tontodonati, who have the final decision whether to join their request with the request for review of the process that the defenders of Olindo and Rosa have about to present in Brescia.

The request for revision, announced several times, is based on wiretaps and testimony that would be unpublished.
