(ANSA) - TRENTO, 14 APR - The TAR of Trento has suspended the order for the slaughter of the Jj4 bear signed on 8 April by the president of the Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti.
This was announced on social channels by the Lav association, which filed an appeal against the measure in recent days.
It is the second time that the TAR of Trento has suspended an order for the killing of the bear Jj4.
The first, dated 24 June 2020, was signed by the president of the Province of Trento, Maurizio Fugatti, after the attack on Mount Peller by two hikers, father and son.
Another order for the capture of the specimen had been signed by Fugatti on 11 August 2020. As specified by the governor, the Council of State, first with a monocratic and then collective judgment, also suspended the arrest order, with a sentence then also implemented by the Tar of Trento.
