The wild race that took place this Friday in Bordeaux, despite the six injured, two of them seriously, does not seem to have calmed the ardor of the speed freaks.

On the evening of Sunday April 16, "

six motocross bikes ridden by young people who ride urban rodeo

" were spotted by the police in the Aubiers district, north of the city.

An 18-year-old young man was arrested, and his vehicle, a 125cc, was seized.

These offenders were spotted by the police while they were doing “

the total

”, namely a demonstration of speed, front wheels raised in the air, and climbing on the sidewalks “

at high speed

”.

The arrest of an offender in such a situation is however often “

difficult

”, specifies a police source in

Figaro

.

Since the chase was not an option because it risked injuring people, the police opted instead for “

a pedestrian approach

”.

The biker placed in police custody nevertheless gave the peacekeepers a hard time.

The agents had "

difficulty extracting the individual and his vehicle in the middle of the city of Aubiers

".

Although there were no injuries, several residents of the neighborhood followed the police vehicle to Place Ravezies.

The police judging it unlikely that he already holds a motorcycle license - he had just turned 18 - the young man, referred this Tuesday morning, should see his vehicle seized definitively, this one being neither registered nor insured.
