The Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso has mandated the Guarantor for price surveillance, Benedetto Mineo, to convene the Rapid Alert Commission to analyze the dynamics of the price of pasta which recorded an increase in March by 17.5% compared to the previous year in a context characterized by the reduction in the price of raw materials and by the variable dynamics of the costs of energy and other production factors.

It is the first meeting of the commission created with the transparency decree.
The meeting is convened for 11 May at 2.30 pm.
