The St. Martin Langenpreising children's home celebrates its 60th anniversary with various activities throughout the kindergarten year. After the magical Christmas hour in Advent, the children's home children rang in the new season with a colorful potpourri of songs and poems at the spring concert.

Langenpreising – Due to the uncertain weather forecast, the event took place in the school gym. But because there were spring-like temperatures afterwards, everyone pitched in after the performance to set up outdoor beer tables and benches.

Christine Rott, director of the children's home, was pleased "that so vui kemma san". With "Griaß' di und Servus" the children's house choir, the Martinszeiserl, introduced itself. With the song "All the birds are already there" the birds had finally returned from the south. How it is celebrated when bird man and bird woman fall in love was demonstrated by the girls and boys at the bird wedding. The fact that there can sometimes be quarrels between friends was sung by the Martinszeiserl with the instrumental support of the mouse and frog group with "The Cuckoo and the Donkey". And then came the little caterpillar Nimmersatt, and the spring animal flutter dance of the little ones was also magical, "The cow dances with a high heel".

At the end, the children's home team had a surprise in store for children and guests: a funny sock theater. After the Kinderhaus song "Mia san des Kinderhaus St. Martin" we moved on to the cozy part. Children's home director Rott thanked the actors for their great commitment and all those who contributed to the success of the day. .sys
