"It's time to take back what is ours," Zaluzhny said. Meanwhile, the secretary of the National Security Council Oleksy Danilov, who is part of the war cabinet, told the BBC that Ukraine was ready to launch the counteroffensive and stressed that the Ukrainian government has "no right to make mistakes" on the decision because it is a "historic opportunity that cannot be missed".
