Mulla, 34, has emerged in recent years as one of the most respected chefs in the Israeli culinary world. Last February, she opened her first restaurant, Naifa, located in the heart of Tel Aviv in one of Neve Tzedek's historic buildings. In Naifa, it presents a contemporary menu based on the culinary line of Shami cuisine with traditional cooking techniques and touches from Europe. The hospitality experience in the restaurant is a journey between past and present, and human warmth and understated elegance are felt.
