Madonna is reportedly back home. The 64-year-old pop icon is said to be "at home and feeling better" after being discharged from hospital following a health issue that landed her in an Intensive Care Unit, the BBC reported.
CNN also reported that, according to a source, Madonna had been transported back to her home in New York City in a private ambulance, and Page Six confirmed that an NYPD escort was seen outside her residence.
Madonna had been found unconscious on Saturday, June 24 and rushed to a New York hospital, where she was admitted and intubated in the Intensive Care Unit. Lourdes, his eldest daughter, was by his side throughout his hospitalization, according to The New York Post.

A relative of the singer told the Daily Mail that several traumatic days passed without knowing if she would make it.
The family member said the shocking collapse was a wake-up call for Michigan-born Madonna, who believes she is "invincible" and has been pushing herself hard to prepare for the tour.
For a couple of days, no one knew in which direction the situation was going to evolve, and his family was preparing for the worst," the relative said. That's why Madonna's dramatic picture has been kept secret since Saturday.
Tour postponed
The news comes after Madonna's manager Guy Oseary announced he would delay her upcoming tour due to her medical condition.
Oseary explained that the singer had developed a "serious bacterial infection" on Saturday, which led to a "stay of several days" in the Intensive Care Unit.

He added: "His health is improving, however, he is under medical care. A full recovery is expected."
While Oseary didn't provide further details, a source told Page Six that Madonna's illness was severe enough that at one point she was "unresponsive."
She had also reportedly been intubated for at least one night in hospital, although the source said she was now "alert and recovering."
Madonna's Celebration tour was scheduled to kick off July 15 in Vancouver.
