Jewelry designer Karen Wolfe designed African-inspired jewelry for Alicia Keys' international tour. Alicia's stylist approached Karen and she had exactly one week to design and ship the jewelry and the result is praised all over the world.

"I had a period of a week to make Alicia jewelry to use on her tour. The jewelry was inspired by Egypt and Africa as a mix of worlds. The items with a presence in gold. In the picture you can see the bird bracelets I made for her and later in the column she will be with more items of my design. I've done jewelry for Madonna in the past for her column, Nicki Minaj and Solange. I really like Alicia Keys because of her energy, and I was very happy she chose me."
