A woman was the victim of a deception and violent robbery when she left to withdraw $ 10,<> from a bank in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Recoleta. A few meters from the branch, she was approached by a criminal who took her suitcase and dragged her along the sidewalk.
It all started with a phone call and an unusual excuse. One person posed as the victim's grandson to ask him to withdraw money from his bank account because it could be stolen by the state to pay the country's debt.
This is how the woman went to the bank branch of Banco Santander, located at the intersection of Alvear and Callao avenues.
After withdrawing $10,<>, he left the entity. Three blocks away, in Alvear and Parera, she was surprised by a man who snatched the suitcase in which she was carrying the money.
That moment, which occurred on Thursday shortly before 15 p.m., was recorded through a security camera.
The images show how the woman walks carrying the suitcase with her right hand on Alvear Street. He brakes a white car, puts beacons and reverses as if simulating parking.
While the driver remains bell, his accomplice goes down the back door, observes that there are no witnesses and runs across the street. He surprises the victim from behind and snatches the suitcase.

The movement was so sudden that the victim managed not to let go of her belongings, so she was dragged to the cordon. In a matter of seconds, the offender got back into the vehicle and fled at full speed, while the woman was still lying on the ground.
