Singer Kobi Peretz, who last week caused a storm over his response to a video circulating from the protest against the legal reform, is suing journalist Raviv Drucker, who called for a boycott against him on air.

Peretz referred to a video showing demonstrators attacking a car with a woman with her children, claiming they were "worse than terrorists."
Drucker then addressed Peretz's comments on his show "Constituency", saying: "I just wanted to say that I recommend boycotting all of Kobi Peretz's performances, calling on every workplace not to invite him anywhere... Convicted felon... And zero" and then concluded: "I want to apologize for saying that, it was in the heat of the moment."

On Thursday, the singer, through his lawyer Shai Elias, sent a warning before suing the presenter for libel. Drucker was ordered to remove the publication, apologize and pay monetary compensation.
