Agriculture Minister MK Avi Dichter said today (Sunday) in a lunch diary on Kan Reshet Bet: "The post I published on Facebook did not deal with Yariv Levin and Simcha Rothman. The bullies is a borrowed concept. The "thugs" are the same extremists who, in order to drag the Jews of that time into a war against the Romans, simply burned the food barns and forced those who were in Jerusalem to go out and fight. Fortunately, we have no external adversary or enemy, not even in the form of the Romans.
This is an internal issue of ours. I see the extremists who are attracting all kinds of bills and measures that do not fit either the coalition's agenda, the Likud's agenda, or mine. Dragging like that is not good for us."

Dichter's statement comes after he wrote last Friday that "there are 'thugs' who endanger the country by dragging into extreme legislation, or by drifting into extreme and violent protest."
