It was reported today (Tuesday) that Attorney General Gali Baharav Miara is mediating in her response to a petition in the High Court of Justice to oppose Prime Minister Netanyahu's removal following his violation of the conflict of interest agreement he signed.

According to reports, in a recent hearing, Miara expressed her position that issuing the prime minister to incapacitation in response to the violation of the conflict of interest agreement he signed is impractical. Nevertheless, she intends to oppose the amendment to the incapacitation law itself, which, according to her position, is intended to allow Netanyahu not to comply with the arrangement, and its flawed wording that could create a situation of governmental vacuum.
