Highlights: The main rally marking the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, "Victory of the Wind" at the Yad LaShiryon site in Latrun, got underway Wednesday evening. The rally will be attended by President Isaac Herzog, Defense Minister Yoav Galant, the IDF Chief of Staff and the Director General of the Ministry of Defense.
