The maneuver "must be linked as much as possible to the reforms and resources of the PNRR. Because you write 'reforms' but you read 'growth' and 'efficiency' of spending. Protecting and investing, then, must be the watchwords of the Maneuver. Protect households hit by inflation and businesses strangled by high costs."
