Highlights: The project to renovate the exit of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, conceived by the Japanese architect Arata Isozaki, will not be realized. The Superior Council of Cultural Heritage unanimously delivered a negative opinion. This was announced by the Undersecretary for Culture, Vittorio Sgarbi, who participated in the session of the body. The Higher Council of cultural Heritage also expressed a negative view of the project. The IsoZaki lodge will not go ahead as planned.
