A 17-year-old boy died in the afternoon in the countryside of Fornacette (Pisa) due to the collapse of a roof of an abandoned building where he was with friends. The dynamics of the facts are still being examined by the carabinieri. According to what has been learned, the group of boys was inside a cottage when suddenly the cover under which the teenager was crushed would have collapsed. The 17-year-old was a resident of Pontedera.
According to the most accredited hypothesis there could be a game, perhaps linked to videos and photos, made inside and outside the cottage, and then to be posted on social media, to explain the visit of the boys to the abandoned cottage. The carabinieri are still listening to witnesses.
Among the boys in the abandoned building, there was the 17-year-old who died from the partial collapse of the roof of the abandoned house.
In the emergency, firefighters intervened with two teams to rescue the person, but from the rubble they extracted the lifeless body of the boy. The accident occurred shortly before 18 pm in the municipality of Calcinaia.
