The military spokesman said this in a new statement based on "an examination of the army's operational systems" and "intelligence information from different sources".
"An analysis of the army's operational systems indicated that a salvo of rockets was fired by the terrorists into Gaza, passing in close proximity to the hospital at the time it was hit," the spokesman said.
