Air Force Commander Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar joined the activity of the 100th Squadron today (Sunday) together with the Commander of the Ground Forces, Maj. Gen. Tamir Yadi.
As part of the activity, the two spoke with the ground forces fighting in the Gaza Strip and conveyed their appreciation for their work. The IDF Spokesperson's Office released documentation of the conversation the generals had with the soldiers, in which one of the soldiers told them that he "feels you with us here, together with the fighters and together with the entire people of Israel. This is a joint war in which we all fight and feel each other. Keep it up and we're on our way to victory."

Later, Yadi was heard asking the soldier he spoke to "to tell all the reservists who left home that we are very, very proud of them, and that we will do whatever they want and need to do so that they fulfill their mission."
