An indictment was filed today (Monday) in the Haifa Magistrate's Court against Muhammad Ali Jabarin and attorney Ahmad Khalifa from um al-Fahm, for participating in a march held last month in the city, during which direct calls were made for acts of terrorism.

According to the indictment filed against the two men, on October 19 there were demonstrations attended by 300-200 people, in which they expressed support for the Gaza Strip and opposed the war – without police authorization or a permit to hold the march. During the speech, Jabarin, 31, and Khalifa, 41, spoke on a megaphone for about half an hour, during which they repeated several attacks and even called out praise, sympathy and encouragement for an act of terrorism, support for it and identification with it and Hamas.
