"The National Rally has no place in the march," Véran said on Wednesday. Questioned at the end of the Council of Ministers about the rally against anti-Semitism organized on Sunday in Paris by the President of the Senate Gérard Larcher and the President of the National Assembly Yaël Braun-Pivet, the government spokesman deplored that the RN had "not succeeded in breaking with the anti-Semitic roots" of the party from which it comes, the National Front.
