A two-year-old toddler was killed Thursday evening when a bus hit Modi'in Illit. MDA medics and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
MDA paramedic Benny Joseph said: "The toddler was lying on the pavement unconscious and suffering from multiple systemic injuries. We performed medical tests but his injuries were critical and we had no choice but to pronounce him dead at the scene."
