MDA emergency medic Yossi Elkabetz said: "We saw the vehicle standing in the middle of the road with a hole of shrapnel that penetrated it at the top. A 30-year-old woman inside the vehicle sustained moderate injuries and limb injuries. We took her out of the car and evacuated her to the hospital while receiving medical treatment that included stopping the bleeding."
