(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 10 - Premier Giorgia Meloni said Fridaythat she is "convinced that the State and citizens are exactlylike a company, the better they work together, the more theywill be able to create wealth".
In a video message to the Bergamo and Brescia branch of industryassociation Confindustria, she said that this was the "basis ofthis vision" for the government's 2024 budget bill.
"We did not have many resources at our disposal, but we havedrafted a budget law worth 28 billion euros, concentrated onexpansive measures," she said.
Meloni said none of the money was wasted but was directed to"high priorities". She told the entrepreneurs that they were the "ideal" partnerfor "serious politics. "The doors of this government willalways be open for those who want to offer proposals, ideas andconcrete solutions to the problems we have," she continued.
