The white sausages have a real tradition in Bavaria. But you can't get the best goods in Munich or elsewhere in the Free State, but in Baden-Württemberg at the Burkhardt butcher's shop.
Mannheim - The white sausage is truly one of the favorite dishes of the Bavarians. In terms of taste, however, the white sausage from a city in the southwest wins. At BW24 you can now read where you can find the best white sausage in Europe in Baden-Württemberg.
The Bavarians probably won't really like this result. After all, the white sausage was invented in 1857 in a Munich inn. From a supposed "faulty product", the sausage developed into a real tradition in the Free State.
