An entire country is holding its breath in anticipation of the return of the first hostages from Hamas captivity in what will go down as one of the most dramatic days in the history of the State of Israel.

Barring last-minute delays and Hamas doesn't try to pluck its nerves further, Friday will be the first of four consecutive days in which a total of 50 Israelis held captive by Hamas since October 7 will be released.
The ceasefire, in an outline that was widely agreed upon, will begin at 7:00 a.m. At 16:00 P.M., just before the Sabbath begins, Hamas will begin releasing the 13 abductees, and once they are identified, Israel will release the terrorists in return.
