A report on the Saudi website Elaph: Journalist Majdi Halabi reported on Monday morning that Qatar and Israel are holding secret talks in one of the European capitals about another deal for the release of hostages.
Documentation: The abductees are transferred from Hamas to the Red Cross \\ Arab networks
According to the report, the deal will include children, women and men, including three senior military officers who were taken prisoner by the Hamas terrorist organization. The Saudi report notes that Israel has committed to release about 300 Palestinian prisoners, including ten veteran prisoners serving long prison terms, one of whom, according to the report, is Marwan Barghouti, leader of the Fatah movement.

The source said that the Israeli delegation consists of Mossad officers, Shin Bet officers, a representative from Benjamin Netanyahu's office, the Israeli prime minister, the National Security Council and a representative of the army working in the office of the head of military intelligence. The Israeli delegation also includes a psychologist and a negotiating expert.
Aleph learned that among the members of the delegation were former Mossad personnel recruited specifically for this mission, with experience in this field and strong ties with the Qataris, including those who conduct commercial ties with Qatar through foreign companies.
It should be noted that the meetings are taking place in the capital of a European country, because the previous meetings in Qatar and the repeated visits by the head of the Israeli Mossad in Doha have led to much criticism from the Israeli public and the government.
According to the report, it was agreed to keep this negotiating channel open and secret, with the two delegations meeting each time in a different place, in order to conceal and keep matters out of the spotlight.
