The families of the abductees met Tuesday evening with Benjamin Netanyahu, as part of the ongoing dialogue between the prime minister and war cabinet ministers and the families of the abductees.
As a lesson learned from the previous meeting, which almost amounted to a physical confrontation, the Prime Minister's Office decided to embark on a series of more "intimate" meetings of up to 20 families at a time, in order to allow all the families at the meeting to hear and be heard in a more comfortable atmosphere.

Additional meetings are expected to be scheduled in the coming days, with the POW headquarters in the Prime Minister's Office pledging to allow all families to participate in the meetings without any prioritization or screening. Later, the possibility of returning to meetings in a broader forum will be considered.
