The policeman asked them to continue on their way. After one of them refused to move away, the officer ordered him to identify himself. After he was identified, the two were released.
Later, the plainclothes detective officers, who noticed the deaf man, approached the two civilians and asked what they were doing. The detective officers did not identify themselves as police officers, and when asked by the two civilians who they were, Detective Shlomi Alon grabbed one of the civilians by the back of the neck, pulled him to him and punched him in the left eye. At the same time, Detective Elad Shintoch kicked him in the lower body, choked him and laid him to the ground.
During the incident, the volunteer and the policeman recognized what was happening and, mistakenly thinking that the defendants needed assistance, arrived at the scene. Then, while the complainant was lying on the ground, handcuffed, and at the same time, together with the policeman and the volunteer, Detective Elad Gorny arrested the second complainant.
During the ride, and while Detective Gurney was sitting next to the complainant in the back seat, grabbed him by the neck and, while he was handcuffed, pressed his head against him, told him they were from intelligence and ordered him not to speak. At this point, he punched him on both sides of his body and hit him with an open palm on the back of his neck.
