Yosef Mordechai, who was promoted posthumously, served as a trend commander at the Nahal Hospital. He is the son-in-law of Maj. Gen. (res.) Yoav (Polly) Mordechai, who served, among other things, as Coordinator of Government Activities in Judea and Samaria, Head of the Civil Administration and IDF Spokesperson.
