"The silence of the Prime Minister" on the events of Acca Larentia is embarrassing. This was said in the Chamber of Deputies by the secretary of the Democratic Party Elly Schlein, speaking after Minister Piantedosi had answered her question on the events that took place last Sunday.
"President Meloni spoke for 3 hours," Schlein continued, referring to the end-of-year conference, "she needed 30 seconds to declare herself anti-fascist." As for the "blackmail" to which Meloni said she did not want to bow, Schlein noted: "She is blackmailing herself because she does not distance herself from her past."
