Zaniolo's Aston Villa try to catch Liverpool at the top by playing at home to Everton, who come from three defeats and are in the relegation zone having suffered a 10-point penalty.

Guardiola's Manchesr City will play an important game at Newcastle. In Haaland's absence, the attack will be led by Alvarez. The most interesting challenge, however, will be the one between Manchester United and Tottenham. Ten Hag's team is in full crisis, Postecoglou's is close to the Champions League zone. Eriksen returns to challenge his former team.

Chelsea (who lost the first leg of the League Cup semi-final against Middlesborough) want to continue their chase for Europe by looking for a third win in a row in the derby against Fulham.
