Alain Delon's partner denounced the actor's children for "attempted premeditated murder". This was reported by Le Figaro, which claims to have come into possession of the letter with which the woman asked the Montargis prosecutor's office to "carry out urgent investigations" into the facts. In the letter, written by his lawyer, Delon's partner, Hiromi Rollin, denounces the worsening state of health of the now octogenarian actor with whom she lived for more than thirty years on the Douchy property, from which she had been estranged by the Delon children in the summer of 2023. The latter claimed that Hiromi Rollin, the actor's long-time assistant, had taken advantage of the sick actor's weak state to take on the role of companion. However, the complaints of the three children, who in turn conflicted with each other over economic issues, were rejected, for lack of convincing evidence, by the Montargis prosecutor's office at the beginning of January. Now the woman has gone on the counterattack and in the complaint accuses the children of having decided to interrupt their father's care "despite being aware that it is vital treatment" and that interrupting them "would hasten the death of their father".
