The new event format is intended to promote cooperation between clubs - the first date is Wednesday, February 28th
District – The first event in the series “Zsamm kemma – clubs exchange ideas” will take place on Wednesday, February 28th, at 7:30 p.m. in the tower rooms of the Grafinger town hall.
As promised at the last general meeting, the board has set itself the goal of further promoting the network between the clubs.
After Corona, there was a tendency not only in parts of society to retreat into their own social bubble.
In order to get communication going again, the club cartel would like to promote cooperation with topics that go beyond the scope of its own club.
The first topic: Catering at events
In order to achieve this goal, we have some attractive, interesting and contemporary offers up our sleeves.
But first you want to test the clubs' willingness and therefore start with the very mundane topic of catering at club events.
Because which club board doesn't know it?
At the summer party, the board is at the grill and there are homemade sauces and salads.
Then coffee and home-baked food.
At hall events, it used to be simple: a side room was reserved and the innkeeper was responsible for food and drink.
Communication and togetherness is the goal of the new series of events
But not only are there fewer and fewer hosts, there are also fewer and fewer suitable adjoining rooms.
Because of this and because of the functionality of the rooms, a club has to increasingly use rooms without catering.
Here you will therefore rely on the offers of catering companies.
The offerings range from buffets and snacks to full dinners.
In this exchange of experiences, the association cartel would like to discuss quality, costs, but also what needs to be taken into account when concluding a contract.
Of course, not only cartel members are invited, but everyone who can contribute something to the topic.
