Oil prices rose today as supply concerns increased as investors awaited the outcome of US-China trade talks this week.

Brent crude rose 44 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $ 58.79 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude rose 42 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $ 53.17 a barrel.
