The tariff package for Cityline is: Lufthansa announced that there were new rules on profit sharing, occupational pensions, partial retirement and training for cabin crew. These are "good results," said a spokesman for the cabin crew union UFO.
According to Lufthansa, the training subsidy was also reorganized. The tariff decision was therefore signed both by the union Ver.di and by the UFO.
"For our company, our employees and our customers, it is important that our long-standing trusting partnership with Ver.di and UFO continues," explained CityLine CEO Carsten Wirths.
Now already talks about new areas of application in a "constructive atmosphere" out, said Lufthansa. These could be future long-haul flights of the Lufthansa Group, which have so far been flown by crews of the SunExpress. According to UFO is also talked about higher compensation for the flight attendants.
However, it remains unclear what will happen to the continuing outstanding settlement agreement of the much larger core company Lufthansa, with some 21,000 flight attendants.
In the conflict, there has already been a warning strike at four Lufthansa subsidiaries and a two-day strike at Lufthansa with massive flight cancellations. Even with the low-budget subsidiary Eurowings, the agreement is still pending.
