The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a decision to limit the work of private and public bakeries operating under the supervision system at five in the morning.
According to the decision, which Sana received a copy of today, violators of this decision will be punished in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 14 of 2015, provided that its implementation begins from today.
Deputy Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Jamal Al-Din Shuaib said in a statement to Lana that the ministry has set the beginning of the work of cadres in all catering bakeries at five in the morning where the sale starts from seven in the morning until the daily allocation of flour material ends without specifying a time date indicating the continuation of work Automated bakery and all bakeries with large amounts of allowances as they are without any change.
Shuaib indicated that the aim of the decision is to prevent the process of tampering or stealing bread or allocations, focusing on the quality of the service provided to the citizen and securing the material, especially as it was lost in the morning due to carrying out the process of baking at night and ending at six in the morning, pointing out that the provisions for ovens of flour material did not change but rather change It only happened that the start of kneading and baking.
In turn, Dr. Jalil Ibrahim, director of the General Company for Bakeries, pointed out in a similar statement that the production process is now before the eyes of citizens who have become partners in the process of controlling the production process and reducing the manipulation of material production and wasting production requirements such as "flour, yeast and diesel" which were sometimes stolen He pointed out that there are areas where some weak souls are manipulating the production of this substance at night without anyone watching.
According to Ibrahim, this decision has been in effect in the Aleppo governorate for 20 years, and no complaints have been received from anyone, considering that those who make noise about him are affected by it.
