ANSES has enabled on its website an option for employees who receive a part of their salary through the Emergency Assistance to Work and Production (ATP) program to know if they already have the money deposited in their accounts or when will credit you.

Those interested should enter the ANSES site (www.anses.gob.ar) , go to the Quick access section , enter their CUIL number and the system will confirm the date of accreditation.

In the Anses search engine you have to enter the CUIT to know when it is charged.

The ATP Program provides a compensatory salary allocation that is paid by ANSES for all workers in a dependency relationship with private sector companies that meet the requirements for benefits.

The allocation is 50% of the net salary of February 2020 and may not be less than a minimum, vital and mobile salary ($ 16,875), nor exceed two minimum, vital and mobile wages ($ 33,750) or the total net salary of that month.

The ANSes site notifies you when you will collect ATP.

In May, the AFIP reported that more than 193,000 companies accessed the ATP Program and that, through this benefit, the State will pay up to 50% of May wages for 1.8 million private sector workers.

More companies will join this program in the coming weeks. The AFIP reported that "the universe of workers in the private sector who will access the benefits corresponding to May will exceed 2 million when the processing of the information regarding the transport, private education and health sectors ends." These sectors were the last to join the ATP.

Due to changes in the conditions of the program, which now sets more rigorous requirements, this time 86,000 fewer companies participate than in April.

The payment of the complementary salary by the State was already made in April. But many companies chose to return the money. The companies had until May 31 to repay -with interest- the aid they had received that month. The decision to drop the program arose because the government established stricter requirements that companies with more than 800 employees had to meet. Among them, the prohibition to distribute profits for the fiscal periods closed from November 2019, the obligation not to buy back shares, the prohibition to carry out operations to acquire the stock exchange or cash.

Companies must even comply with these standards up to 24 months after the end of the financial year after the one in which the benefit was granted. For those with less than 800 employees, the term is 12 months.
