On Monday, June 8, at 2 in the afternoon, Felipe Solá chatted with a group of leaders from the camp. The Council makes tempting forecasts: a plan to increase exports in two years by 17 billion dollars, a mega plan that, they also estimate, would generate some 700,000 direct and indirect jobs.
They project to grow from the US $ 65 billion that were exported in 2019 and approach the US $ 85 billion that Argentina exported in 2011. The maximum point.
That June 8, Solá once again sat at the negotiating table in the countryside, one of the matrixes of his political and personal history , which caused him to be summoned by Antonio Cafiero in the 1980s to be his agrarian minister.
It was the first ministerial-level meeting between the Government and the agroindustrial bloc, the beginning of a raid of contacts between rural leaders with Cristina Kirchner, Axel Kicillof and, among others, Sergio Massa.
It was crowned, last Tuesday, with a meeting in Olivos with Fernández , hours after the agreement with the bondholders. More than 40 chambers of the sector, three of the four entities of the Liaison Table and the bulk of sectorial chains.

José Martins, head of the Buenos Aires Cereal Exchange, acts as frontig. Another key piece is Gustavo Idígoras, who chairs the Chamber of the Oil Industry of the Argentine Republic (CIARA), and coordinates the groups that drafted the sector's proposals.
Idígoras was, in the distant and hectic years' 90, technician of the Secretary of Agriculture when Solá was in charge of the area.

The former governor operated, from the Foreign Ministry, together with Jorge Neme, secretary of International Economic Relations, a leader with ties to the private sector and terminals in the governors. From there, an agenda of "business opportunities" was woven during the pandemic. Another actor in this scheme is Gabriel Delgado, Vicentin's failed auditor.
The table of interlocutors set by the president includes Luis Basterra , from Agriculture, Matías Kulfas from Economic Development and Cecilia Todesca , who will act as coordinator.

The expectation is placed on Martín Guzmán, the Minister of Economy to whom they approached their fiscal proposals -with a long-term scheme- and credit.
