The Local Production and Export Support and Development Authority announced the organization of the participation of Syrian food export companies in cooperation with the General Organization for Fairs and International Markets, the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside in the Gulfood International Exhibition in its next year's session.
The Director General of the Authority, Thaer Al-Fayyad, confirmed in a statement to the representative of SANA that the authority supervises the organization of the Syrian participation in the (Gulfood) exhibition as part of its endeavor to promote the national industry and open new markets for products intended for export and increase the competitiveness of Syrian goods in global markets.
Al-Fayadh asked the companies wishing to participate in the (Gulfood) exhibition to contact the authority to register their participation in the exhibition duly and to complete the other required procedures within a maximum period until the end of the official working hours from Thursday 1-10-2020.
The Gulfood exhibition is considered one of the most important international trade fairs specialized in the food industry, as the number of countries participating in it reaches more than 100 and annually attracts more than 100,000 visitors specializing in this field.
